I have a secret! Last Monday (Nov 10) I went back to my old job! It was only 3 hours training, but boy was it good to be back! I got sooo many hugs and well wishes! I am going to miss being at home, but the extra $ will be nice! In case you didn't know I worked at Kohls! I just love that store! I spent so much $ there on my gurls, I figured I may as well work there and get a discount and be paid too! lol It is only part time, so I may have time to do some dolls here and there. I got my schedule and I will be working almost 30 hours this next week! I hope my feet can handle it!
I have so much to share with you! A lot has been happening at our house! As some of yall know, we bought our new house this year. Well the colors and decor just weren't our style, so we have been making some changes.
1st off, our master bathroom! It was all white, with blue tiles in the shower, ugly light fixture and blue counter top. It will be a while until we redo the shower, but we decided to do a few improvements.
The tub was outdated, so I came up with an idea to give it a fresh look. Pretty inexpensive!

Next we had to decide on a color. As much as I have been fighting all the BLUE in this house, I went with a pretty light blue! It really pops against the white! So our colors are going to be blue white with black accents! When we went for the paint, I found a cool chandelier! We still aren't finished painting, but here is a pic so far. Oh we also added a partial wall above the tub too!
We are trying to get our house ready for company coming for Thanksgiving! So we have really been busy!
We finally decided on a color for our stairs, so here are some pics of that
We also got a new light for our kitchen too! And speaking of kitchen! When we put up this border, we were 1 roll short! So I finally ordered more and got that hung now. We still have to put the bottom trim up, but it is nearly done!
We have always wanted to have a pond in our yard with an island in the center. Well Robert has a way of always making my dreams come true, just didn't think it would be this fast! Gosh I love him!

The weather here has changed since these pics were taken. We got a LOT of rain! So much, that our pond is FULL of water! Good thing we got it dug in time!
It is now cold outside and this is my 1st house with a fireplace!!! I am so excited! This is the 1st time I made my very own fire! I am such a big gurl now! hehehe
We have one more project going on, but it is going to be a surprise! I will share pics soon. We haven't started yet!

I didn't have curls before chemo, well I did, but it was a perm! I have no idea how to style short hair! Never had it this short, but I am learning! lol
On a sad note, my oldest daughter broke up with her bf. I have been in a funk all day today. I feel the hurt I guess. Oh and today (16th) is my son's birthday. Colton, the one that moved out and went to live with his dad. I miss him so much. I wished we could be close again. I love him so much.
My middle daughter Angel, her birthday was Friday. She is 14! Wow! How fast they grow up!
Well I need to get myself to bed! After all I do have to go to work tomorrow!

Good evening all! I wanted to send out a personal video message from our family from today! I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I know we did! This year I have sooo much to be thankful for! Beating this rare cancer of mine was just a small thing to be thankful for, compared to all the wonderful friendships I have made across the world! I feel blessed to have so many people that care for lil ol me. I just can't say enough! I have included a link to a video of us outside our home. We had Thanksgiving at our house this year. We had 32 people!!! And still had food leftover! If you can believe that! No turkey or ham though! :( Darn it!
